Guns and Roses bracht onlangs een nieuw album uit: Chinese Democracy. Nu is deze muziek natuurlijk uitermate geschikt voor spellen zoals Rock Band waarbij je lekker uit je dak kunt gaan op dit soort muziek. Voor de fans van de CD hebben we goed nieuws want het album komt naar Rock Band. Het volledige album zal deze lente te downloaden zijn voor Rock Band. Rose liet overigens weten dat het geheel wel anders gaat worden maar hoe en wat is nog niet duidelijk. Verder werd er nog het volgende over gezegd:
"There is talk about a Rock Band release, and they felt the record — based on the nature and complexity of the depth of instrumentation — deserved a bit more attention and some more involved elements than they’ve generally dealt with. I have no idea what that means but it’s my understanding they were very enthusiastic."
