Er is alweer een jaar voorbij sinds Nintendo 2013 verklaard heeft tot The Year of Luigi. The Year of Luigi is in het leven geroepen om de 30ste verjaardag te eren van Mario zijn jongere broertje. Volgens Iwata zou het Luigi dit jaar eindelijk lukken om uit Mario zijn schaduw te stappen en de spotlight stelen. Tot nu toe was eigenlijk nooit duidelijk gemaakt wanneer het jaar van Luigi nu eindigt. Inmiddels kunnen we je deze datum wel melden. The Year of Luigi eindigt namelijk op 18 maart. Almost a year has passed since I announced the Year of Luigi, marking the 30th anniversary of Luigi’s debut. Thanks to everyone’s kind support, we were able to release many Luigi games over the course of the year. I hope everyone continues to cheer for the green brother!
However, all good things must come to an end, and the Year of Luigi will conclude on March 18.
From this date on, the Year of Luigi Community and its Developers’ Room will sadly no longer accept new posts or comments. (The exact date and time is listed in each community’s description.) nu nog even luigi’s mansion 1 & 2 in hd op wiiu en dan zouden ze het van mij pas officieel gaan afsluiten XD (duurt the year of luigi wel even wat langer XD)
Mooi. Klaar met die ongein. Doe nu eens even een ‘The Year of classic Nintendo IPs coming to Wii U in HD, starring; Metroid, Starfox, Zelda and F-Zero.’
Of of of.. ‘The Year of getting Rare back to Nintendo, starring; Jetforce Gemini, Banjo Kazooie en Perfect Dark.’
Rare hoef je niet meer op te rekenen. Alle goede ontwikkelaars zijn er toch al weg. Zelda is in HD op de Wii U 😉 Komt zowieso een spin-off game van dit jaar denk dat je Zelda U rond lente 2015 kan verwachten.
