Nieuwe kostuums en Hint Art ontdekt in Super Mario Odyssey

Dataminers geven ons (mogelijk) een kijkje in de toekomst. 

We weten al dat Nintendo nog lang niet klaar is met updates voor Super Mario Odyssey. Of we nog nieuwe modi of koninkrijken krijgen is vooralsnog onduidelijk, maar we weten wel dat er nog meer kostuums zullen verschijnen. Dataminers hebben uit de update van vorige week hier nieuwe informatie over gekregen, bestaande uit nieuwe kostuums en, vreemd genoeg, Hint Art.

De nieuwe outfits variëren van een honkbaltenue tot kostuums gebaseerd op de Broodals. Voorheen leek ook een Link-outfit gepland te zijn, maar deze lijkt helaas verwijderd te zijn in de laatste update. Al met al kunnen we rekenen op nog een paar leuke extra kostuums.

Toch lijkt het onwaarschijnlijk dat Nintendo het bij kostuums gaat laten. In dezelfde update zijn namelijk ook verwijzingen gevonden naar nieuwe Hint Art-afbeeldingen. Of deze afbeeldingen ook daadwerkelijk in de game terecht komen, is op dit moment nog erg onduidelijk. Dit zou er namelijk op kunnen wijzen dat Nintendo van plan is meer Power Moons toe te voegen aan de game.

Hieronder is een lijst te vinden van de ontdekte kostuums en een overzicht van de mogelijke nieuwe Hint Art-afbeeldingen. De kanji 仮, die te vinden is op elke Hint Art-afbeelding, staat voor ’tijdelijk’. Op dit moment kan nog niet met zekerheid gezegd worden of alle content ook daadwerkelijk wordt toegevoegd aan de game.
