Een beetje fanatieke gamer kent Frogger vast wel. Frogger gaat al flink wat jaren mee en kennen we nog van het Atari tijdperk. Een simpel spelletje waarbij je met een kikker genaamd Frogger heelhuids de weg moest oversteken. Inmiddels zijn er al veel Frogger spellen verschenen met uiteenlopende gameplay. Ontwikkelaar Konami heeft nu de game Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition aangekondigd. De game verschijnt onder andere voor de WiiWare, kent de klassieke Frogger gameplay en verschillende game modi. EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – March 20, 2012 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition is arriving this Spring for the PlayStation®Network for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and Nintendo’s WiiWare™ service on Wii™. The game will also be available for smartphone platforms.
