Muziek games zijn momenteel enorm populair. Spellen als Guitar Hero en Rock Band doen het dan ook erg goed. Het zou goed kunnen dat Ubisoft in de toekomst ook met een eigen muziek game komt. Op internet is namelijk een vacature verschenen bij Ubisoft. Hier geeft Ubisoft aan op zoek te zijn naar nieuwe werknemers voor een multiplatform muziek game. Het zou gaan om de PS3, Xbox 360 en de Wii. Overigens is de game door Ubisoft nog niet aangekondigd. Hieronder de vacature:
10+ years of experience in game design across multiple platforms.
Have effective analytical, written, oral, team, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
Have a demonstrable knowledge of various genres of games, game-play mechanics and game-play balancing techniques, and the ability to apply that knowledge to real-world design challenges.
Have a strong background in, and a love of, music and music based games.
Candidate should be self motivated, with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate, communicate and work well other disciplines.
