Op de afgelopen E3 werd er dan eindelijk een nieuw deel aangekondigd in de Donkey Kong Country reeks. Donkey Kong Country: Returns zal naar de Wii komen en wordt, net als de eerdere delen in de serie, weer een 2D platformer. Veel oude maar ook nieuwe vijanden zien we terug in de serie. Begin december zal de game in Europa verschijnen. Vandaag hebben we een hoop nieuwe details van de game voor je. Bekijk deze hieronder.

– A Tiki tries to posses DK at the beginning of the game, but gets sent flying

– New to the series: Alternate paths in worlds so you can skip levels
– Unlock concept art, music, and dioramas
– “Trophy level” in each world
– Need to earn these levels before they can be played (unknown how you can do this)
– One locked level in each world
– Need to purchase a key at Cranky’s shop to unlock those levels
– Rocket barrel: A to ascend, let go to descend
