Onlangs verscheen Rayman Origins al voor onder andere de Wii. Met Rayman Origins brengt Ubisoft de serie terug naar vroeger. De game is dan ook een lekker ouderwetse 2D platformer met een bijzondere grafische stijl. Ook Nintendo 3DS bezitters kunnen later dit jaar aan de slag met de game. Ubisoft heeft onlangs bekend gemaakt dat de 3DS versie vanaf 15 maart in Europa verkrijgbaar zal zijn. De 3DS versie zal overigens niet de enige handheld versie van de game zijn. Ook de PS Vita zal een eigen versie krijgen welke op 22 maart dit jaar zal verschijnen.
